Adult tickets are for guests aged 13 and over, child tickets are for ages 4 to 12, and infants up to 3 years old do not need a ticket. However, infants must still be added at checkout so we can make sure seating and transport arrangements are correct.

Transport Information
Transport arrangements vary depending on the day of your chosen performance.
Lanzarote
Please note: Transport is not available from Puerto del Carmen, as the venue is within close proximity. Guests staying in Puerto del Carmen should make their own way to the venue.
Tuesday and Friday performances
Transport is available from Playa Blanca and Costa Calero only.
Wednesday and Saturday performances
Transport is available from Costa Teguise and Arrecife only.
Tenerife
No transport is provided in Tenerife.
Gran Canaria
Transport is provided across the island.
If you choose a transport-inclusive ticket, you’ll be asked during checkout to enter the name of your accommodation.
Your pickup time and location will be confirmed separately by email closer to your chosen show date.
Booking with Friends or Family
If you are booking with guests who are not eligible for resident tickets, please do not use this booking link.
Instead, all members of your party should book together using the standard performance date on our website. This ensures everyone is booked onto the same performance and receives the correct ticket type and transport arrangements.
